Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and audit financial and statistical reports to ensure accuracy.;
Prepare and distribute daily operating reports and month-end reports according to hotel standards.;
Audit Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers work and transmit all credit card transactions in a timely manner.;
Perform guest services duties including check-in/check-out and reservations; handle guest requests and maintain guest satisfaction.;
Input and update financial information into corporate communications network and maintain confidentiality of information.
