Chef De Cuisine

Caters to major government events in DC
27 Million in revenue last year
Lead a team of 60 - 70
Daytime position
- Max 55 hours a week in busy time
M - F with half days on Sat in busy season and Sat off in quiet season
Closed public holidays
Five star catering production, planning, in the production kitchen (separate offsite team handles the service)
Must have senior five star catering production experience in luxury hotel or catering company of events of at least 500 pax
Brand new tasting kitchen under construction
State of the art kitchens
Benefits110k - 125k year negotiable
