Core Responsibilities Staff Management:
Direct, train, and schedule servers, hosts, and bartenders. Monitor their performance to ensure top-tier hospitality and brand standards.

Guest Relations:
Address customer complaints, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a welcoming dining environment.

Daily Operations:
Oversee opening and closing duties, handle cash registers, and maintain cleanliness and safety protocols.

Inventory & Ordering:
Manage FOH inventory (e.g., glassware, menus, disposables) and prevent waste while staying within labor and product budgets.

Cross-Team

Collaboration:

Coordinate smoothly with the back-of-house (kitchen) team and upper management to ensure flawless event or dining
