Job Description :
Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Service Now Solution Architect to design and oversees the implementation of Service Now solutions to meet business needs, translating requirements into technical designs, defining best practices, and ensuring the platform is scalable and efficient.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating technical roadmaps, leading solutioning sessions, guiding development teams, and ensuring the architecture aligns with strategic goals
- Lead SNOW platform solutioning and technical implementation across ITSM, CMDB, CSM, HRSD, and other future modules
- Solution design and architecture:
Create the high-level and detailed technical designs for Service Now implementations, enhancements, and new features. - Requirements translation:
Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into a technical vision and actionable use cases for developers. - Technical leadership:
Provide technical guidance, set best practices, and lead the overall architecture and integrity of the Service Now platform. - Integration planning:
Design and oversee integration frameworks between Service Now and other enterprise systems. - Project and stakeholder management:
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and executive stakeholders to ensure solutions meet project and business objectives. - Governance and best practices:
Define and enforce architecture governance processes, standards, and coding best practices to ensure quality and maintainability. - Staying current:
Keep up-to-date with the latest Service Now product releases, features, and industry best practices
- Extensive experience with the Service Now platform, including administration and development.
- Proficiency with scripting (JavaScript, Angular
JS) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML). - Knowledge of core integration technologies such as REST, SSO, and SAML.
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
- Experience with multiple project life cycles, including upgrades
- Certified Service Now Administrator (CSA)
- Understanding and knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (such as Waterfall or Agile)
- SAFe/Agile certification
- Implementations in cloud environments
- An active TS/SCI federal security clearance is required and must be willing and able to obtain polygraph
