Job Description: As the top-ranked Service Now solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing Service Now for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite of applications.
Develops a thorough understanding of the requirements then applies industry best practices and detailed knowledge of Service Now to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
- Developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories
- Provide process flow and other required system documentation
- Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met
- May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
- Supports Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the “to be” solution
- At least 1 year of experience with Service Now
- Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, test plans and scripts and other supporting system documentation
- Experience working with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions
- Training in Service Now Fundamentals
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Training or experience in Agile Fundamentals
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) within Service Now
- Must have active Top Secret clearance and be willing and capable of obtaining SCI and CI poly
