TENICA is looking to hire a Python developer with the curiosity and technical foundation to support the development of AI agents. Must have an active TS/SCI clearance w/CI poly.
Responsibilities- Design and implement Python-based tools and utilities
- Prepare, clean, and structure datasets for use in AI/ML pipelines
- Collaborate on developing AI agents, including integration and orchestration logic
- Work with technical leads to understand requirements and translate them into code
- Research and apply modern Python libraries related to data manipulation, APIs, and automation
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Support iterative testing and improvement of agent behavior
Education and/or Experience
- Proficiency in Python with 2–5+ years of hands‑on experience
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, or strong interest in learning quickly
- Experience with data processing tools (e.g., pandas, Num Py)
- Comfort working with JSON, APIs, and automation workflows
- Prior experience in a secure or classified environment is preferred
- Clearance: MUST HAVE active TS/SCI with CI poly
