Join ICES on a new contract impacting national security as a Jr. Business Process Analyst. This position is located in Springfield, VA. The role requires an active/current TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to pass an additional polygraph if needed. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of process management, eagerness to learn, contribute to project success, and grow within a collaborative environment.

• Examine testing processes and workflows for improvement or automation opportunities.
• Facilitate process workshops to gather operational and technical information.
• Document information using process maps and business requirements documents.
• Serve as an intermediary between decision-makers and management.
• Track testing performance and report findings.
• Conduct process mapping to visualize workflows.
• Identify and assess internal inefficiencies.
• Report to a manager or department head.
• Perform duties under guidance and supervision.

• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 0–3 years of experience in business process analysis or process improvement roles. A Master’s Degree can substitute for 2 years of experience.
• Exposure to testing processes.
• Knowledge of process management techniques during technology rollouts.

• Master’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM fields.

Demonstrated experience with the Intelligence Community and Federal Agencies is a plus.
