Dev Sec Ops EngineerThe Opportunity:
As a Dev Ops engineer, you know how to set up cloud environments and provision computer networking, storage, and virtual networks—ultimately, how to “harness the cloud.” We’re looking for an experienced Dev Ops infrastructure engineer like you to support our clients as they modernize their IT infrastructures and meet their most challenging missions.
As a Dev Ops infrastructure engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll work closely with cloud architects and engineers to manage server configuration for modern cloud solutions. You’ll apply your skills within a Dev Ops framework to establish or provision virtual machines or networks to further your clients’ meaningful missions.

You Have:
Experience in software engineering, including with Dev Ops
Experience with Bash or Python scripting
Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Git Hub Actions or Git Lab CI
Experience with AWS services and Cloud-native architecture patterns, including ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Sage Maker, RDS, Dynamo
DB, IAM policies, security groups, or network securityExperience with Infrastructure as Code, including AWS CDK, Terraform, or Cloud Formation
Experience with security scanning tools
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
3+ years of experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation and with disaster recovery
3+ years of experience with containerization and container orchestration, including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS
Experience with serverless architecture, including API Gateway
Experience in full-stack web development, including React or Node.js
Experience with system design, including scalability and reliability
Experience with Dev Ops monitoring, logging, and alerting, including Cloud Watch or Prometheus
Knowledge of container security and runtime protection
Knowledge of security best practices, compliance requirements, compliance automation, and continuous monitoring
AWS Certification, including AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification
IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification, including Security+ or CISSP Certification
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
