Job Description HII's Mission Technologies division is dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions that advance national security and defense objectives. This position is part of our Cyber and Intelligence division, which plays a critical role in supporting Enterprise-Level Security and Modernization efforts across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, physical facilities, and personnel operations. The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments.

The program is scheduled to launch in early 2026 and due to the classified nature of the mission and the sensitivity of the operational environment, an active TS/SCI security clearance will be required. Job Responsibilities Develops, and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, sale of counterfeit products, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations and organization reputation. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting staff and visitors access to restricted records and materials.

Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Minimum Qualifications Mgr Industrial Security 1 : 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience. Mgr Industrial Security 2 : 6 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field;

or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant progressive experience. Mgr Industrial Security 3 : 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; or 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field.

Physical Requirements May be required to visit job site in an industrial or shipboard environment. Normally not required to lift more than 40 pounds higher than three feet above feet/floor level.
