Responsibilities- Design and implement business process modernization and improvements.
- Coordinate and lead activities related to knowledge management needs.
- Develop and maintain office‑specific tools and capabilities.
- Conduct business process reviews, software testing, office workforce training, and website content management.
- Work with desk officers to improve the design of user interface features.
- Maintain awareness of other Agency KM tools and how they might be incorporated into the office’s business processes.
Onsite in Springfield, VA.
Qualifications10+ years’ relevant experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience applying knowledge management, business intelligence, process improvement, reengineering methodologies, or best practice principles to design and implement process modernization and improvements.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and leading activities of engineers/specialists related to technology needs.
- Demonstrated experience using web‑based technologies such as browsers, Cold fusion, ASP pages, HTML code, object‑oriented technology, graphics software, and content management systems.
- Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience with backend web development.
- Demonstrated experience in understanding of technology requirements specific to international affairs and IC coordination.
- Demonstrated experience with Imagery Disclosure Tool (IDT), Request Action Tracker (RAT), or SharePoint custom workflows.
- Proficiency with Java for Front‑End and Backend programming, Azure, Angular JS and Angular 2.
Must have active TS/SCI with willingness to take a CI poly.
