Summary
This is an opportunity to meet challenges in the Intelligence Community (IC) by collaborating with a development team to streamline business processes and customer support using SharePoint 2019 technologies. You will work with the development team to ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front-end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. You will assist with the analysis, evaluation, and assessment of SharePoint and provide recommendations for system and process improvements, optimization, development, and/or operations sustainment for IT systems, software, and processes (e.g., SharePoint).
Description
We are looking for a Senior-level TS/SCI cleared SharePoint Developer to join our team. This role involves administering, designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft SharePoint-based applications and solutions. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining complex workflows for process improvements, analyzing business and enterprise requirements, applying expertise in SharePoint 2019/SES/SPO, customization, and development avenues, and building automated business processes and sites in SharePoint with user-centric design.
You will develop skills to ensure accessibility and security requirements across browsers, platforms, and devices.
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft SharePoint-based applications and solutions (SharePoint 2019/SES/SPO).
- Create and maintain complex workflows to improve processes and efficiency.
- Analyze business and enterprise requirements with clients, stakeholders, and project management.
- Develop user-centric SharePoint sites and automated business processes.
- Ensure accessibility and security requirements across browsers and devices.
- Assist with migration from Classic View to Modern View and support page design (Modern View).
- 11+ years of web development experience, including front-end and back-end support for SharePoint websites.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to build workflows in SharePoint.
- Experience creating and maintaining SharePoint templates; scripting; site design; and implementing fixes with SharePoint.
- Experience creating workflows with Nintex.
- Experience using SPFX to integrate custom code into SharePoint solutions.
- Experience with JavaScript and module loaders (Require.js, AMD).
- Strong understanding of jQuery features and adaptation of plugins (e.g., $.ajax).
- Experience with .NET framework, HTML, CSS.
- Understanding of asynchronous requests, partial page updates, and AJAX.
- Experience with React and Angular.
- Cross-browser compatibility and troubleshooting.
- Ability to support SharePoint page design (Modern View), configuration, workflows, administration, migration, and deployment processes; migrate SharePoint Online sites to Modern View.
- Familiarity with input validation, browser rendering, and performance.
- Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field with 11+ years of experience.
- Experience with SharePoint customization, including branding, navigation, search configuration, site collections, and content type development.
- Experience with Python and SQL.
- Team-based SDLC participation for SharePoint solutions (scope, design, development, deployment).
- Interface modifications to SharePoint utilities and tools; content migrations and workflow development.
- Ability to collaborate across organizations and with clients, stakeholders, and end users to capture requirements and drive process improvements.
- Ability to translate vision into strategic and tactical plans and execute them; detail-oriented and self-starting.
- Ability to coordinate with external stakeholders and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with clients to identify shortcomings and recommend process improvements and tools.
- Active TS/SCI and willingness to take a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, 11+ years of experience.
$140,000+ based on ability to meet or exceed stated requirements
