Job Description
Accenture Federal Services has an immediate hiring need for a Service Now Business Analyst. In this role, you will analyze and design new business processes, monitor and provide feedback on process performance, collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases, facilitate process redesign, and serve as a liaison to the business community while advising on all change aspects.
Responsibilities- Develop business processes, gather requirements and develop stories
- Provide process flow and other required system documentation
- Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met
- May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the "to be" solution
- Develop and implement test plans for users through SDLC
- 3 years of experience with Service Now development
- Service Now Certified System Administrator certification
- ITSM experience
- Security+ certification
- Custom application development experience
- HRSD experience
- CMDB experience
- ITOM experience
- Bachelor’s degree
An active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is required and must be able to obtain a polygraph.
CompensationThe base pay range for this position in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is $117,400—$147,100 USD.
