Work on a development team, utilizing Agile scrum methodology, which is responsible for developing and maintaining agency-wide Platform as a Service (PaaS) capability deployed across multiple security domains. The PaaS environment supports multiple tenants deploying a myriad of application stacks and data services.
Responsibilities- O&M of existing Red Hat Open Shift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments
- Support Open Shift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, Red Hat Git Ops
- Deploy Open Shift to new sites as they come online
- Work with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scale existing platforms to meet them
- Work with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions
- Support data services including Rabbit
MQ, Redis, Postgre
SQL, Elastic Stack - Compile detailed documentation
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5-8 years Developer experience
- Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following:
Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA
- Experience deploying and managing Red Hat Open Shift in a cloud and/or vSphere environment
- Experience with Amazon Web Services
- Python, Shell scripting, Git
- Linux distributions: RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS
- CI/CD orchestration tools:
Git Lab CI, Jenkins - Container technology:
Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native Computing Foundation ecosystem in general

Proposed Salary Range For This Position Is
$75,200-$158,100
