Everforth ECS is seeking Technical Program Analyst to work in an onsite capacity in our Springfield, VA & Fairfax, VA locations.
Job DescriptionEverforth ECS is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Technical Program Analyst to support our Project and Program Managers in the successful execution of complex cyber‑initiatives. This role is critical in bridging the gap between project management and our technical engineering teams working on cutting‑edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning and Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a passion for organization, enabling them to effectively track, document, and support the lifecycle of advanced software development and integration projects.
You will be a key individual contributor, responsible for providing analytical support, facilitating communication, and ensuring project objectives are met in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.
- Perform operational duties such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, gathering information, and ensuring execution of engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical leads to track software development and integration tasks within an Agile framework, utilizing tools like Confluence, Jira, and Git Lab.
- Collect and organize project data to support analysis, reporting, and recommendations on project health and status.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis, translating technical progress and challenges into clear business insights.
- Perform project management tasks, including tracking schedules, maintaining action items, and updating all project documentation.
- Assist in translating stakeholder needs into technical requirements, user stories, workflows, and use cases under senior guidance.
- Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies in the project plan and elevate them to the Project Manager as appropriate.
- Prepare clear, action‑orientated meeting materials that capture key technical notes, decisions, and follow‑up needs.
- Summarize key technical information and produce briefing materials for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interactions and engagement activities under the direction of senior guidance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to consolidate and align related work streams.
- Active TS security clearance and SCI/CI Polygraph eligible.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in project management, cybersecurity, stakeholder engagement, communications or a related field.
- Ability to work on‑site 3-5 days per week in Fairfax, VA and Springfield, VA.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with project management concepts (coursework/certifications a plus).
- CompTIA Security+ or other IAT Level II certification.
- A technical background or degree in a field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Ability to take initiative as a self‑starter, ask clarifying questions, and take directions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non‑technical materials.
- Federal Consulting Experience in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects in a technical domain, such as software development, cloud computing, or data analytics.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Dev Sec Ops frameworks (e.g., Jira, Git Lab).
- Ability to coordinate multiple project efforts with competing priorities.
