* Manage performance and efficiency of servers across multi-OS environments
* Maintain data security, system integrity, and administrator accounts
* Design and implement high-availability solutions: failover clusters, SQL Server FCI, and Always On Availability Groups
* Own backup, restore, migration, and database snapshot strategies
* Optimize Oracle 19c and SQL Server for mission-speed data access
* Monitor and manage SQL Server Agent alerts and jobs
* Build and maintain efficient table structures for both transactional and warehouse data
* Lead database migrations across MySQL, Postgre

SQL, and Oracle environments
* Develop and enforce testing strategies, policies, and performance standards
* Advise end-users on performance tuning and best practices
* Maintain current knowledge of relevant and emerging technologies What you bring to the table Must-haves
* Active TS/SCI clearance
* 5+ years of SQL database analysis and/or administration experience
* Hands-on experience with failover clusters, SQL Server FCI, and Always On Availability Groups
* Experience building and maintaining efficient table structures (OLTP and data warehouse)
* Experience with database backup, restore, migration, and snapshot technologies
* Experience monitoring, creating, and managing SQL Server Agent alerts
* S. in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience Strong differentiators
* Oracle 19c administration and performance tuning expertise
* Migration experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
* CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 certification

* Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $145-$155k. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
