Chenega MIOS SBU in Springfield, VA, is seeking a skilled Service Now Business Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role focuses on enhancing enterprise IT service delivery through the Service Now platform. Responsibilities include leading operational requirements workshops, managing the full requirements lifecycle using Agile methodology, and supporting integration with enterprise monitoring tools. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience with a focus on Service Now.

An active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
