Job Qualifications

• Hardware Support, Inventory Management, Network Systems
• Top Secret SCI + Polygraph (currently possessed and obtainable)
• US Citizenship required
• CompTIA Security+ CE (minimum DoD IA certification)
• 5+ years of related experience
• Associate's degree (Arts or Science)

• Provide installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware.
• Support Unix and Windows hardware – troubleshoot and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests related to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
• Install, upgrade computers, printers, scanners, phones and other critical hardware.
• Conduct back‑end device configuration, manage security settings, and protocols.
• Coordinate deployment of deliverables and products.
• Provide troubleshooting and support.
• Participate in the administration of multiple critical network systems.
• Track project studies, plans, action items, etc.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and maneuver through small spaces to pull or run fibers under the floor.
• Resolve complex issues with critical issues independently.
• Replace servers or server parts as needed.
• Work a 12‑hour shift schedule from 5 PM to 5 AM, including weekends and some holidays.
• Participate in special projects as required.
