* As the top-ranked Service Now solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing Service Now for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

* Responsibilities include:

*
* + Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable

+ Work in an Agile manner

+ Work independently and as part of a team

+ Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable

+ Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations

+ Carries out unit testing and defect resolution

+ Carries out migration of the changes to production

+ Assists with technical design and documentation

+ Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Service Now that support business requirements

** Here's what you need:*
* + 2 years of experience with Service Now development or administration experience

+ Service Now Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification

** Bonus Points if you have:*

Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in Service Now

+ ITSM experience

+ Custom application development experience

+ Bachelor's degree

** Security Clearance:*
* + An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph

** California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland,*

* ** Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland** . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits.
