Tenant Engagement Lead

Overview

Tenant Engagement Lead – manage onboarding of tenants to an established Dev Sec Ops  infrastructure, guide Agile development, set milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while fostering collaboration across teams.

• Engage with clients to understand mission needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Manage the delivery of digital solutions and guide the Agile development of project roadmaps.
• Establish project milestones and implement metrics to track progress.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs and team capacity.
• Operate proactively in a dynamic environment, maintaining a high level of communication and stakeholder engagement.

• 3+ years of experience in an Agile role such as Product Owner, supporting software development, IT infrastructure, or cloud teams.
• Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Dev Sec Ops  processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage scope while maintaining alignment between stakeholder needs and team capacity.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

• Experience supporting DoD intelligence environments or defense‑related programs.
• Experience working on classified systems.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, or NVIDIA technologies.
• Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Experience with software and hardware for technical development.
• Excellent attention to detail and relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field.

Annualized salary range: $86,800.00 to $ (USD). Compensation is influenced by location, education, experience, and contract specifics.
