As an IEC Engineer at INflow Federal, you will be at the heart of our mission to empower DoD customers with cutting‑edge solutions. • Collaborate with and support Senior Engineering and Project Integration staff in assessing, documenting, and tracking existing and new program requirements.
• Develop artifacts and architectural documentation, integrating various sources into a cohesive product and preparing graphical and narrative presentations.
• Support integration and testing of specific components of hardware/software systems on a complex program.
• Work and interact with engineers across multiple contracts to produce architecture artifacts spanning technical, physical, and logical designs supporting a portfolio of managed services.
• Monitor service line communication channels for immediate needs throughout the day.
• Leverage subject matter experts from across contracts and service lanes to develop and document environments.
• Manage assigned service tickets and coordinate closure as needed.
• Support enterprise‑scale system integration and design, including virtualized environments, LAN/WAN technologies, firewall technologies, DMZ architectures, enterprise class storage (NAS & SAN technologies), and backup technologies (Net Backup, Cohesity, and Veeam).

• Accountability, ownership, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• Experience in IT project integration, including presenting to internal & external leadership.
• Running project control gates and tracking tasks.
• Collaborating with different service lanes.
• Producing technical diagrams with Microsoft Visio.
• Using project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Kan Ban Boards.
• Adept at learning and applying new technologies, keeping up to date on emerging tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Deep expertise in one of the following areas with working knowledge of others:
  Juniper/Cisco Networking, Cisco ASA/Palo Alto Firewalls, VMware Infrastructures & virtual networking, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related tools, Enterprise Storage Systems (EMC/Net App).
• Experience with Enterprise backup technologies, DISA STIG audits, hardening and remediation procedures, Certification and Accreditation, and Risk Management Frameworks.

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance.
