POSITION OVERVIEWThe All‑Source Intelligence Analyst will serve as a critical contributor to law enforcement and security operations supporting federal facilities by preparing and delivering comprehensive intelligence products, including threat briefs, threat assessments, written intelligence estimates, and threat bulletins that directly inform Executive Leadership Team decision‑making. In this role, the analyst will receive, process, and evaluate incoming reports from security and law enforcement offices, maintain systematic cross‑referenced criminal intelligence records, and assist in analyzing intelligence holdings to identify changes in capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.
The ideal candidate will hold an active TS/SCI clearance and a bachelor's degree or higher in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or a related field, and will bring at least six years of experience with DHS data sources, working knowledge of DHS intelligence authorities and Title 18 authorities, and demonstrated proficiency in open‑source collection across surface, deep, and dark web environments, as well as experience utilizing Microsoft Office, common open‑source tools, and DHS data systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare all‑source intelligence products (e.g., intelligence briefs, written intelligence threat estimates, and intelligence threat bulletins).
- Establish and maintain systematic, cross‑referenced criminal intelligence records and files.
- Receive and process incoming reports and messages from security and law enforcement offices.
- Determine the significance and reliability of incoming information.
- Assist the government in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.
- Assemble and proofread intelligence reports and assist in consolidating them in customer‑required format.
- Store and retrieve criminal intelligence data using government‑furnished computers.
- Prepare criminal intelligence products that will be used to support the Executive Leadership Team’s decision‑making process when planning, managing, or maintaining law enforcement and security operations in or around federal facilities.
- Prepare threat briefs, threat assessments, and criminal intelligence analytical support to other Intelligence Analysts.
- Maintain awareness of emerging criminal intelligence and security threats that have the potential to impact the overall posture to the homeland.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or other related concentration.
- Six (6) years of experience working with DHS data sources desired.
- Prior experience performing Open‑Source Collection.
- Knowledge of the DHS intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and the support of the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; overall DHS intelligence research, analysis, and production process.
- Specific knowledge of Title 18 authorities.
- Knowledge of multiple open‑source areas including surface, deep, and dark web.
- Knowledge of multiple collection techniques or approaches.
- Knowledge of developing a collection plan and dissemination practices.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, common Open‑Source tools, and DHS data systems.
- Experience working researching and providing evaluations for Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).
