Job Description

Mission Technologies is looking for a Senior Physical Security Specialist to join our team in Springfield, Va. This role will assist the Cognizant Security Officer with all aspects of physical security. This position will also back-up the personnel Security Team with visit requests, data input and escorting.

Essential

Job Responsibilities

* Manage an Access Control System (ACS) and Visitor Control.

* Manage an Intrusion Detection System (IDS).

* Manage a closed-circuit camera system.

* Create and implement an Emergency Action Plan (EAP);

* Create facility badges and key control

* Develop standard operating procedures and emergency action plans

Minimum Qualifications

10 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 14 years relevant experience.

TS.SCI clearance required to start with ability to obtain CI Poly

Preferred Requirements

* At least 5 years of experience in operating an ACS (LENEL),

* Experience completing Fixed Facility Checklist (FFC) and TEMPEST Checklists;

* Experience in Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP

* Familiarity with SIMS Databas

* Familiarity with Bluetooth Detection Divices
