Program Details:

* Duration:
Summer and Fall 2026

* This is a paid internship opportunity

* Schedule:

* Up to 16 hours per week on-site during academic sessions (flexible scheduling to accommodate classes)

* Up to 40 hours per week during summer and holiday breaks

Primary Responsibilities:

* Support technical and/or programmatic tasks under the supervision of SAIC staff

* Assist with data analysis, documentation, research, and process improvement initiatives

* Participate in team meetings, project briefings, and status updates

* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop practical solutions to real-world problems

* Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program with 3+ years completed (Preferred: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics)

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Required Clearance:

* US Citizenship

* Ability to obtain up to a top secret clearance depending on the work performed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior internship, project, or research experience in a related field

* Exposure to relevant technical tools, platforms, or programming languages (varies by role)

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
