Intelligence Training Specialist

The Opportunity:
With the volume and complexity of Space Force training requirements today, it takes a skilled training professional to translate standards, readiness metrics, and mission demands into actionable training pipelines. The client needs an expert like you to build and sustain the training frameworks that enable crews to be mission‑ready.

As a Training Specialist, you’ll shape the unit’s training enterprise, developing curriculum, qualification pathways, and timeline recommendations aligned to Space Force Instruction (SFI) 13‑105 and evolving guidance. You’ll manage training records and Space Force readiness‑aligned schedules for multiple operators, ensuring full compliance with government standards and complete visibility into crew readiness. Your work will directly inform leadership decisions and ensure the squadron remains combat mission‑ready.

You’ll interface regularly with the Space Force and other mission partners to define training standards, update qualification timelines, and incorporate new tools or decision support systems into CHAMP. You’ll explore new approaches to integrate emerging system updates into training, and support exercise planning with readiness and qualification inputs.

This is your chance to grow your expertise in enterprise‑level Space Force training orchestration, readiness reporting, and instruction modernization. You’ll influence how the client maintains readiness, shape future training methodologies, and ensure the right airmen and guardians have the right skills at the right time.

Join us. The world can’t wait.

You Have:

  • Experience overseeing training schedules, qualification processes, and training documentation
  • Experience with U.S. Space Force training and evaluation standards, including documentation compliance requirements
  • Ability to coordinate across the Space Force and with stakeholders on readiness standards and training timelines
  • Ability to develop and maintain training records in virtual training database systems such as CHAMP
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Education, or Management field and 5+ years of experience with Air Force or Space Force training management, or 9+ years of experience with Air Force or Space Force training management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting Space Force readiness assessments or readiness‑aligned training plans
  • Experience with decision support tools from government agencies
  • Experience briefing leadership or representing training operations in multi‑agency working groups
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
