Job Description HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Configuration/Change Manager to help support our mission in Springfield, VA.The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact government program focused on enhancing and securing mission-critical systems and environments. Essential

Job Responsibilities Monitors baselines for platforms, appliations and networking systems. Helps to support secure configuration requirements Will collaborate with vulnerability, Dev Sec Ops  and other teams to ensure issues are identified, prioritized and remediated. Lead design reviews, configuration audits and product evaluation. Establish/maintain identification, control and accounting of the baseline for all IT systems/components.

Minimum Qualifications 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. 5+ years configuration and change management experience, including implementing and leading configuration control, to include the management of the various change control boards and panels (e.g., CAB, CRB).

Experience with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) management and oversight. Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in authoring technical documents (e.g., board charters, plans, reports, training, templates, and design documents). TS/SCI required with ability to obtain Poly. Preferred Requirements Desired certifications or training: ITIL Foundations V3 or V4. Desired experience:

Experience with Service Now modules including CMDB, HAM, and SAM.Knowledge of waterfall and/or Agile (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) project management techniques.
