Job Description:

As the top-ranked Service Now solution provider, we offer federal agencies the deepest capabilities, resources, and experience for their projects. Join our team as a developer implementing Service Now for a large federal agency. Work on a team responsible for the implementation and configuration of multiple modules and capabilities, specifically within the IT Service Management suite of applications.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for application sustainment support, as well as development of future capabilities and integrations as applicable
  • Work in an Agile manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Develops the application including configuration, report dashboard development, and data migration, where applicable
  • Performs custom development as required and 3rd party integrations
  • Carries out unit testing and defect resolution
  • Carries out migration of the changes to production
  • Assists with technical design and documentation
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Service Now that support business requirements

Here's what you need:

  • 2 years of experience with Service Now development or administration experience
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator certification or Security+ certification

Bonus Points if you have:

  • Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) in Service Now
  • ITSM experience
  • Custom application development experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Security Clearance:

  • An active Top Secret clearance is required and must be willing to obtain SCI and a polygraph

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$104,300 - $149,900 USD
