The Junior PSOC Administrator provides 24x7x365 monitoring services of the customer IT enabled Mission Services and operational infrastructure located in Springfield, VA.

• Actively monitor the status of assigned and supported operational systems and services.
• Actively monitor the approved tools for critical server error notifications.
• Communicate with on-site O&S support for resolutions.
• Respond to phone calls requesting production systems support and attempt to resolve the issue during the initial call.
• Provide timely status updates to ESC personnel in preparation for briefings.
• Participate in Service Restoration meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree and 4+ years relevant experience.
• HS/GED Degree and 6+ years relevant experience.
• Operational experience with Service Now.
• Experience in the Intelligence Community.
• DoD 8140 (formerly 8570.01-M), IAT Level I: within 6 months of hire.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.
• Successfully pass background and drug screening.

• Master’s Degree.

• Ability to obtain CI Poly Clearance.
• Ability to work night shifts (8 hour shifts) – 10pm to 6am EST.
• Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting.
• Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contracting environment.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals.
• Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications.
