Bridge Defense is seeking a Criminal Intelligence Analyst for full‑time salaried positions supporting the DHS FPS Intelligence Analysis Division. This is a pipeline/future needs position.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide intelligence services related to the analysis, processing, development, and distribution of strategic and criminal intelligence supporting Federal Protective Services operations.
Experience:
- TS/SCI Clearance
- Education/Experience according to the below:
- Associate degree – 4 years of Experience as an intelligence analyst
- Bachelor’s Degree – 2 years of experience as an intelligence analyst
- Master’s degree – 0 years of experience required
- Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire ((Use the "Apply for this Job" box below).).
- Work experience demonstrating ability to perform strategic, operational, and tactical analysis as required based on raw intelligence collected from a variety of sources, i.e. INTs.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to and apply IC analytic tradecraft standards (e.g. ICDS 203, 206, 208…).
- Working knowledge of (preferably hands‑on experience with) databases and software programs used in the intelligence environment, including but not limited to:
Microsoft Office suite, M3, TAC, HOTR, Google Earth, Intelink, National Exploitation System, Gemini, MIDB, GCCS‑J, various message handling systems. - Excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, often under pressure and tight deadlines that meets or exceeds established analytical standards.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or other related concentration.
- Prior experience performing Open‑Source Collection.
- Criminal Intelligence analysis experience.
- Experience working with DHS data sources.
- Knowledge of the DHS FPS intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and the role of FPS in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; overall FPS intelligence research, analysis, and production process.
- Specific knowledge of Title 18 authorities.
