Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and guide the implementation of enterprise technology solutions that align with organizational goals, technical standards, and long‑term strategic direction
• Translate business and mission requirements into scalable, secure, and well‑integrated architectures that support reliable operations and future growth
• Evaluate technologies, create conceptual and logical designs, and support teams in implementing solutions that meet performance, security, and compliance requirements
• Validate solutions through reviews and testing, provide technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, and ensure architectures remain aligned with organizational standards, engineering best practices, and mission objectives

• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field
• 3 years relevant experience with Master's in related field
• 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
• 9 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field
• 7 years relevant experience with Master's in related field
• 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
• TS/SCI clearance minimum to start with ability to obtain CI Poly
• 7+ years solution development and/systems engineering expertise
• Demonstrated experience balancing technical feasibility with business constraints (budget, time, and security)
• Architectural frameworks formal training or vendor certification on (e.g., DoDAF, Zachman Framework, TOGAF)
• Cloud computing formal training or vendor certifications (e.g., AWS Certification Solutions Architect – Professional, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
• Technical breadth across multiple domains (e.g., cloud computing, database, systems administration, networking, Dev Sec Ops , infrastructure)
