Responsibilities- Develop targets and target systems for joint lethal and / or non lethal engagements.
- Develop target nominations, create database records, and database target intelligence products.
- Produce all-source analytic damage estimates and battle damage assessments and assist with combat assessment requirements.
- Conduct collateral damage estimation, perform target list management, target strategy development, and provide joint target intelligence support to deliberate and dynamic target engagements.
- Provide recommendations for target prioritization to achieve commander objectives for plans and operations.
- Provide database nominations, create and update database and upload TMs into databases.
- MA or MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience; OR
- BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience; OR
- HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 20 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.
- Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis.
- Experience should include at least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle.
- Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques; understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP.
- Expert level research and writing skills.
- Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including Remote View, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS.
- Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques.
- Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
- Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
- Current/active TS/SCI clearance.
- GPC-II Imagery Certification.
- Experience with commercial visualization software.
- Experience with MS Office suite of tools.
- Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums.
- Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.
