The Opportunity:

A skilled geospatial and remote sensing analyst can turn that data into mission critical information. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity for you! As a geospatial and remote sensing analyst at Booz Allen, you’ll work with a team of analysts to extract meaning and context from a variety of data sources.

Using resources like SOCET GXP and iSpy, you’ll develop new ways to find patterns and connections to answer our Army s needs. You’ll analyze data to assess meaning and potential intent and produce geospatial solutions for priorities such as infrastructure, topography, and human geography to support decision-makers with timely information for warfighters and national security needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a team of analysts to extract meaning and context from diverse data sources.
  • Use geospatial and remote sensing tools (e.g., SOCET GXP, iSpy) to identify patterns and connections that address Army requirements.
  • Provide geospatial solutions and analysis to support priorities such as infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence.
  • Produce formal reports to ensure decision-makers have timely, accurate information.
  • Turn data into knowledge to support warfighters and national security objectives.
Qualifications
  • Experience with tradecraft and publication.
  • Experience with assessments, enterprise data integration, governance, and metrics, including metadata management techniques and data modeling and design.
  • Experience supporting decision-making and special projects on integration issues, including preparation, production, and coordination of written products and briefings for senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products.
  • Ability to research, create, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and independently written reports.
  • Ability to manage personnel, requirements, coordination of projects, coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, and assimilate large volumes of information.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, coordinate and support cross-community meetings, and independently produce written reports.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
  • Education/

    Experience:

    HS diploma or GED with 15+ years of GEOINT Analysis experience; or Bachelor s degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, or Geography with 10+ years of GEOINT Analysis experience; or Master s degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, or Geography with 6+ years of GEOINT Analysis experience.
  • Completion of a military Imagery Analysis course (MOS, AFSC, NOS, or civilian equivalent).
Nice To Have
  • Experience with intelligence operations and drafting expert assessments across operations priorities.
  • Knowledge of the National System for GEOINT (NSG).
  • GEOINT Professional Certification (e.g., GPC-F, GPC IA-II, GPC GA-II, or GPC IS-II).
Clearance

TS/SCI clearance is required for this position. Willingness to undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation is determined by factors including location, education, experience, and scope of the role. The posted range is for budgeting purposes and may vary by contract and location. Eligible employees include full-time and part-time staff working at least 20 hours per week.
