INflow Federal is seeking a Video Teleconferencing Technician to support VTC operations and end-to-end lifecycle of sessions for government customers. The role covers scheduling, endpoint installation, live monitoring, and remote troubleshooting within the VTOC.
The candidate should have an AA/AS degree, DoD 8140 IAT Level II, Security+ certification, and 3+ years of AV/IT/VTC experience with TMS, CMS, VNC, and multi-vendor endpoints. Travel may be required.
