Position: Customer Engagement & Strategic Growth Lead with Security Clearance
About the role Gateway Geospatial Group (G3) is seeking a customer-facing leader to support our flagship enterprise data integration program at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA. This hybrid leadership role combines customer engagement, technical strategy, business development, and site leadership. You will serve as G3's primary interface with NGA stakeholders, driving customer adoption, identifying mission opportunities, supporting AI/ML integration, and expanding G3's presence across NGA and the broader Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for G3's enterprise data integration program.
* Build trusted relationships with government leaders, mission users, and technical stakeholders.
* Represent G3 during customer engagements, technical exchanges, working groups, and executive briefings.
* Translate mission challenges into technical solutions by partnering with engineering teams.
* Advise customers on enterprise data integration, interoperability, modernization, and AI/ML adoption.
* Identify and mature AI/ML use cases, including machine learning, LLMs, computer vision, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
* Monitor customer adoption, mission outcomes, and expansion opportunities.
* Serve as G3's Site Lead for NGA Springfield and the DMV region.
* Maintain strong customer, employee, and partner relationships while overseeing day-to-day site engagement.
* Lead business development activities across the NGA account by identifying opportunities, shaping customer requirements, and supporting capture and proposal efforts.
* Partner with engineering and corporate leadership to align customer needs with delivery and growth strategies.
* Provide regular updates on customer engagement, pipeline, and site health. Required qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Active TS/SCI clearance.
* Experience supporting NGA or the Intelligence Community.
* Established professional network within NGA and/or the GEOINT enterprise.
* Experience in customer engagement, business development, capture, technical account management, or program management within the DoD/IC.
* Strong understanding of enterprise data architectures, cloud technologies, APIs, and data integration.
* Experience discussing AI/ML technologies and enterprise technical solutions with both technical and executive audiences.
* Ability to work on-site at NGA Springfield regularly. Preferred qualifications
* Experience with enterprise data integration, data fabrics, data meshes, APIs, or knowledge management platforms.
* Experience developing or integrating AI/ML capabilities, including LLMs, computer vision, predictive analytics, or knowledge graphs.
* Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, microservices, Zero Trust, and enterprise data governance.
* Previous experience as a Site Lead or senior customer-facing technical leader.
* Experience supporting capture, proposals, strategic growth, or account management.
* Prior support to NGA, DIA, NRO, or other Intelligence Community organizations.
