Peraton is seeking a Network Operations Tier I Analyst to join our NOC team supporting CBP network management, operations, and maintenance. The role requires handling Tier 1 incident triage, customer service, and shift-based coverage in a hybrid setup across Ashburn, Springfield or Orlando locations.
The ideal candidate has strong Cisco routing/switching knowledge, familiarity with TCP/IP, and experience with Service Now in a NOC. ITIL and monitoring tools proficiency are highly valued.
