Job Description

As a Cleared Custodian, responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in working areas, offices, and other organizational premises.

Duties include:

Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing floors

Dusting equipment, furniture, and fixtures

Polishing metal fixtures and trimmings

Providing supplies and minor maintenance services

Cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms

Requirements

Security Clearance
:
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (must be current)

Education
:
High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
:
Must have previous custodial experience

Start Date
:
Immediate

Rates Include hourly rate + health and welfare paid in cash in lieu of benefits

• 1st Shift Cleared Custodian - Base pay: $28.07/hour
  Plus $4.93/hour Health & Welfare paid in cash in lieu of benefits
• 2nd Shift Cleared Custodian - Base pay: $32.07/hour
  Plus $4.93/hour Health & Welfare paid in cash in lieu of benefit

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
