IT Project Manager
Infotrend is seeking a Program Manager who would be responsible for the overall quality, efficiency, and performance of contract execution, spanning both technical delivery and business operations. This role serves as the primary authority for day-to-day contract management and acts as the main point of contact between the contractor and government agency (Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)). The Program Manager ensures work is executed in accordance with contractual requirements, maintains operational continuity, and aligns technical efforts with program objectives across classified, unclassified, and Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) environments.
Responsibilities- Maintain overall responsibility for the quality, efficiency, and performance of all contract work, including both technical execution and supporting business processes.
- Lead discussions and reviews of requirements and associated data with Government program staff and customers.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between Government representatives, program leadership, and end users.
- Coordinate and oversee work performed in Classified, Unclassified, and Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) environments.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure program objectives are met.
- Ensure timely communication, documentation, and reporting in support of contract governance and oversight.
- 15+ years of professional IT experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience in the implementation and maintenance of web‑based applications, directly supervising 10+ team members.
- 5+ years of experience managing development teams using Agile or other methodologies.
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
- Prior DEA experience
- Prior DOJ or federal law‑enforcement systems
- Experience managing multiple concurrent application portfolios.
- Experience operating under hybrid FFP+ T&M contracts.
The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $225,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
