What Impact You'll Have
The Program Manager will lead programs with an average annual aggregate revenue of greater than $40M, providing services similar in size and complexity to those detailed in the contract. They are responsible for managing the overall requirement, providing a single Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer, providing programmatic reporting, and addressing overall management and contracting issues. Must have thorough understanding and experience in the complete life‑cycle management.
Responsible for the management of funds and personnel and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all contractual requirements.
- Oversee overall contract execution, including onsite stakeholder coordination and strategic alignment.
- Master's degree and 10 years of experience. 8 years of work experience, OR a Bachelor's plus 4 years of experience, may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
- Degree in Engineering, Science, Business;
Computer Science or Related Scientific or Technical Discipline. - Eight years of project management experience working on DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs/projects.
- Seven years of experience in the DoD or IC in an acquisition project management position leading integrated teams consisting of engineers, analysts, financial, and project management personnel.
- DAU Level III certification in Program Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Proficient in program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively.
- Experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Experience with Army TENCAP, Space ISR systems, or expeditionary ground station concepts.
- Experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership.
