- Ensure the application process for GEOINT certification that is administered in a consistent, accessible,andsecuremannerandcomplieswiththeguidelinesandproceduresoutlinedin
DoD Manual 3305.10 - Thesecurityofcandidaterecords,scores,andcertificationanddecertificationdocuments.
- The Candidatesaretrackedfrominitialrequesttocertificationandinformationisreportedtothe DoD Components.
- SupportingdocumentationoftheprocesswillbeincludedaspartofthePDD
- Ensuredatamaintenancepoliciesclearlydefineandestablish“needtoknow”criteriaandGEOINT-relatedsystemaccessrequirements.
- SupportingdocumentationoftheprocesswillbeincludedaspartofthePDD
- EnsurerequirementwillbeinaccordancewiththeconsiderationslistedintheDITEBGuidefor the Development and Management of a Nationally Accredited Professional Certification Program.
- Thissystemofrecordshouldalsobedesignedtoserveasthe Candidate Managementcomponentin the DITEB guide.
- Establishandcoordinateaprocessfordeveloping,reviewing,andendorsingeach
DoDComponent’sAnnual
ReportonGEOINTAccreditationand
Certification. - EstablishandimplementaprocessforcollectinganddisseminatingGEOINTCertification Program information from and to NSG members and DoD Components.
- Collectmetricsforeach
DoDComponent’sGEOINTCertification
ProgramstatusforinclusioninanannualreporttotheUSD(I). - Integrate NGA and DoD Components’ Annual Reports on GEOINT Accreditation and Certificationintoacomprehensiveassessmentandevaluationpackageforsubmissiontothe Director, NGA, andsubsequentdelivery to the DNI.
- Experiencedevelopingandmanaginglargeandcomplexdatabases.
- Demonstratedexperienceapplyingqualitycontrolmeasures.
- Abilitytovisuallydepictcomplexdataforconsumptionbyseniorleaders.
