Duties Include:

• Creatingstrategiestotargetpartnershipsandrelationshipswithinternalandexternalentitiesthat are key stakeholders in GEOINT learning, GEOINT Professional Certification (GPC), and GEOINT workforce planning.
• Developing,facilitating, implementing, and documenting (in policy, if required), initiatives that support long-termNSG,ASG,and Community
  
  Geospatial-Intelligence Training Council (CGTC) strategies, interoperability, and strategic policies that may include:
• BaseliningGEOINTtraining
• Establishing,assessing,andmappingcommunityGEOINTtrainingstandards
• DevelopingandmaintainingcommonGEOINTcoursecatalogandGEOINTportal
• ImplementingstandardandrepeatableGEOINTTraining Advisory Group (GTAG) requirements processes
• Developingandimplementingorganizationalperformancemetricstomeasureandreportprogress against NSG, ASG, andCGTCstrategic intent and plans.
• Leading the creation, communication, and support the completion/maintenance of standardized organizationalplanningtemplates/plans(e.g.,GEOCOMtemplates,CGTCtemplates,reportsto ODNIandUSD(I)
  Project Management Plans ,Standard Operating Procedures , Planof Actions, and Milestones, etc.)
• Driving the development and delivery of programmatic measures, metrics, and support coordinationandfacilitationof
  
  Program Management Reviewstoassessandreportprogress  against relevant initiatives.
• Supportdiscussionatinternalandexternalmeetingsandparticipateintargetedissuesortheme-specific activities related to strategic initiatives, organizational activities, strategic communications, or representation. Examples may include:
• Participateinoffice-levelleadershipoffsitestoprovideinsightsintoongoingCGTC activities or issues
• ParticipateinDNI,USD(I),orNGAconferences,orotherrelatedvenuesasdirected
• SupportcoordinationandfacilitationofCGTCmeetings
• MeetandcoordinatewithotherNSGandASGtrainingorganizationstoexchangeideas,issues, and concepts
• SupportCGTCwithprovidingpolicyinputandrequiredreportingtoODNIand/orUSD(I) on behalf of the NSG.

• Bachelor’sdegreeorequivalentexperiencewithinrelatedfield
• Atleast3yearsofdemonstratedexperienceinGEOINTtradecraftcompetencies
  
  Training development, Human Capital Development, or related disciplines.
• At least 2 yearsdemonstratedexperience assembling project information to include objectives/outcomes/deliverables;writing,revising,andeditingdraftsincludingexecutive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
• Atleast2yearsdemonstratedexperiencecompilinganddeliveringdecisionbriefstoseniorsand their staff.
• Atleast2yearsdemonstratedexperienceformulating,analyzing,andresolvingplans,policy,and business issues.
• Atleast2yearsdemonstratedexperiencebuildingandmanagingaprojectscheduleusingMSProject.

• Knowledge of Joint/IC/ServiceGEOINTactivities,GEOINTdoctrine,andNSGandASGmembership
• DemonstratedexperienceworkinginaseniormanagementenvironmentwithinNGA,NSG,orASG
• KnowledgeoftheDITEB
• KnowledgeofNSGandASGpartner/sharing agreements
• KnowledgeofNGC’sGEOINTLearningProgramandGEOINTcurriculum
• KnowledgeofUSMilitary Schoolhousetrainingprograms
