We are seeking a Director of Finance for Greenspring, our premier community in Springfield, VA, home to more than 1,900 residents. This community is part of Erickson Senior Living

This person will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team
. This role is both strategic and hands‑on—responsible for ensuring financial excellence while partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, mitigate risk, and support long‑term success. • Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight for the community

• Establish and maintain strong accounting controls and efficient financial processes

• Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial results
  , identifying trends, risks, and opportunities

• Partner with operations to support business decisions and financial performance

• Collaborate with internal audit and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment

• Identify and help mitigate business and enterprise risks

• Develop and implement policies and procedures that support effective financial operations

• Coach, develop, and mentor accounting staff

Compensation: $135,000 -$150,000 per year

• Minimum of 7 years in a related/similar industry with at least the last 5+ years in a management/supervisory role.

• CPA is a plus

• Critical thinking ability required. Must be able to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues
