• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role within cleaning services or janitorial operations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Hire, train, and develop site cleaners and team leaders to ensure high performance
• Oversee operations and maintain quality standards across 25+ client buildings/locations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets established standards
