This individual will be responsible for sales, operations, profit/loss and must have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals. Our organization believes in developing leaders and decision-makers. The role will provide you significant autonomy along with organizational support to help you succeed.
In this role, you will be responsible for:- Creating, communicating, and implementing the mission and overall direction. Making sure the direction is communicated on a level that allows every employee to feel as if they are part of something bigger than themselves and that their role is strategically important to the organization.

- The Branch Manager helps formulate and implement the strategic plan for the company and work with all levels of the organization to execute.
- Maintaining awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards, and so forth.
- Lead company through change including expanding upon business offers and exploring new ideas and ways of doing things
- Evaluate the success of the organization using a set of strategically important measures to determine the ongoing success - or lack thereof - that the organization is experiencing. Use measurable aspects of the work environment to gauge other aspects of business success.
- Manage and develop the leadership staff, the Branch Manager’s responsibilities include hiring, terminating, and disciplining of employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective use of resources and customer satisfaction.
- With the participation of the executive team, the Branch Manager meets regularly with senior company leadership to make sure that decisions the organization needs are well-thought out and timely. Uses this team to spread ideas and direction throughout the organization until every employee understands their expected role and responsibilities for contribution.
- Evaluates workload in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.
- Ensure all process and procedures are followed.
- Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
- The Branch Manager has full financial responsibility for center organization.
- In the General Manager’s absence, the Branch Manager will provide support across all areas of the business.
- Attend to customer escalation issues/satisfaction.
- Identify and communicate where improvements can be utilized.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Strong desire to lead and develop others
- Home Services industry related knowledge and experience
- 5 or more years leading teams in a related industry
- 3+ years of Profit and Loss experience
- Proven ability to engage, develop, and retain high-performing employees while reducing turnover
- Proven sales experience in business to consumer home services sales
- Ability to grow and retain the customer membership base through strong service and sales strategies
- A progressive career path with home services trades experience
- Demonstrated success and stability in their prior roles
- Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
- Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
- Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
