Registered Nurse NICU Part Time

Job Overview

Registered Nurse (RN) for the NICU at Stone Springs Hospital Center, a 120+ bed hospital in Loudoun County. Part‑time night schedule (2 shifts per week).

• Deliver high-quality, patient‑centered care in line with department standards and state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, compassionate care following nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage.”
• Advocate for patients, families and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission and values.

• Registered Nurse (RN) license and RN Diploma.
• Current NICU experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and communication skills.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment start.
• Neonate Resuscitation () within 90 days of employment start.
• STABLE within 90 days of employment start.
