We are looking for a dynamic nursing leader passionate about making a real impact in assisted living and memory care. This role involves leading teams, driving clinical excellence, and inspiring staff to elevate care standards for residents and their families.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year; eligible for an annual bonus.

• Lead and mentor clinical staff, ensuring Erickson’s Person‑Centered Care approach and an exceptional resident environment
• Ensure adequate staffing based on resident acuity for each level of care
• Monitor infection control for staff and residents; develop and report policies
• Oversee clinical quality areas such as wound care, infection control, falls risk reduction, pain management, weight loss, and dehydration
• Participate in wound rounds, operations meetings, utilization review, and performance‑improvement committees
• Review clinical outcomes to maintain performance above national, state, and Erickson benchmarks
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and manage the nursing department’s clinical operational budget
• Work with DON and clinical leaders to ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness

• Current RN license with no restrictions in the state of practice
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience (e.g., Charge Nurse, Unit Manager)
• Experience with electronic medical record systems preferred
• Expertise in wound care, quality improvement, MDS, falls, hydration, infection control, and care planning is a plus
• Must obtain an Infection Prevention Certification within 90 days of employment
• CPR/First aid training preferred
