Certified Nursing Assistant / Care Associate – provides compassionate, person‑centered care to support residents in daily activities, maintain independence, and promote comfort and well‑being.

• $20–$23 per hour based on experience, plus $1.50–$2.00 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and assistance with daily activities.
• Create a personalized care experience by implementing individualized plans.
• Encourage participation in enjoyable and engaging activities that enrich residents' lives.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to promptly meet residents' needs.
• Support residents' physical, emotional, spiritual, and clinical needs.

• Current licensed Nurse Aide in the State of Virginia (registered license number with the Virginia Department of Health Professions).
• First Aid or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
