Working Hours:

Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week). Subject to change based on training demands.

• Active Top Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Full Scope Poly
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Physically able to climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Should have general knowledge of weed trimmers and mowers

We are seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Grounds Maintenance Laborer throughout a new facility located in Springfield, Virginia.

• Picking up debris and other trash around the site and prior to mowing
• Operate lawn mowers and other grass cutting equipment
• Trimming and edging of grass around trees, shrubs, mulched beds, poles, sidewalks, etc.
• Mulching and Weeding of mulched beds
• Cut/trim foliage and other required basic tree pruning as directed
• Operating basic landscaping and other grounds equipment
• Performing other similar tasks as directed
