Description Summary

Responsible for assisting in all aspects of field operations by performing the following duties.

Other duties may be assigned.

• Performs weekly service on contracts.*
• Performs seasonal opening and closing of pools.*
• Completes quality control punch list.*
• Assists in different phases of construction service and renovation.*
• Installs winter covers.
• Performs other duties as needed or requested.

Town & Country Pools is looking for Pool Cleaning Technicians to join our fantastic team.
No experience? No problem! We provide full training. If you do have experience, that’s a plus—but not required!

• Competitive Pay:
  • Starting at $18/hour during a 2-4 week provisional period
  • Increases to $20/hour after completion of the provisional period
  • Overtime opportunities available

As a Pool Cleaning Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping pools clean, safe, and well-maintained.
No experience is required

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail

• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record

• Monday–Friday, some Saturdays required during peak season
• Hands‑on work with power tools, gas‑powered machines, and hand tools
• Outdoor work in different weather conditions
