At our Costa Italian Restaurant, the Food Server will take and deliver customer orders, maintain tables, ensure guest satisfaction, and finalize checks. The food server is also responsible for performing side work and general cleaning of assigned stations. $9.50 per hour plus tips.

• Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner, making them feel welcome.
• Demonstrate knowledge of selling techniques and service delivery for all menu items, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and assigned areas, utilizing a silent service approach.
• Itemize bills accurately and securely collect payment.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly with a sense of urgency.
• Communicate effectively with management, chefs, and culinary staff to address guest requests and needs.

• Willing to work 3 days per week/5‑7 hr evening shifts between Fridays and Saturdays 3:30 pm‑11:30 pm and Sundays and Mondays, 3:30 pm‑9:30 pm.
• Fine dining experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of prior food and beverage experience in a high‑paced environment with food service experience is preferred.

The rate for this role is $9.50. The estimated annual tips this role could reasonably be anticipated to receive range from $0 to $16,100. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
