JobOverview
As a Macy's Women's Clothing Selling Support colleague, you will help customers express their personal style and turn fashion into a source of inspiration. With a passion for hospitality, an eye for trends, and strong product knowledge, you will create meaningful connections through genuine, engaging conversations. - Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact: greet teammates, review sales goals, learn new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
- On the floor, focus on the customer: offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build relationships.
- Throughout the day, maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
- Finish strong by sharing loyalty‑program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer's name.
- Support each other with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve our customers and communities.
- Strive for excellence: improve every day, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.
