Key Sales Associate

• Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver a superior customer experience and achieve individual and team sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

• Base pay, $15.00 – $16.00 plus commission on sales. Final pay rate determined based on experience and qualifications.
